Pastor of Community and Mission

Hope Chapel is searching for a full-time and experienced pastor to serve as Pastor of Community and Mission. This is a new position that has been developed as part of a three-member Leadership Team that will share authority equally. Our church believes at this point in our story a shared leadership model will serve us best rather than the traditional senior pastor model. As our church already has a strong emphasis on collaboration, we are excited to implement this value during our season of transition. These leaders will serve in submission to the Leadership Team and the Session. Joining our existing Pastor of Assimilation & Discipleship and our Director of Worship, our new pastor will primarily focus on preaching, shepherding, and equipping our community as well as bringing fresh vision to our local outreach and global missions.
