Last month, the General Synod of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church (ARPC) approved the move to a defined contribution (403b) retirement plan.  The Board of Benefits selected RBI to serve as the administrator for the ARPC 403(b)(9) Retirement Plan. Our team at RBI is eager to assist you in enrolling in your new retirement plan.

Enrollment Material – Churches

(Churches must complete the materials to enable ministers or employees the ability to sign-up.)

In order for us to enroll pastors and church employees in the plan, we need an authorized agent of your ministry to complete a 403(b) Adoption Agreement Form.

Getting started is simple:

1. Download the 403(b) Adoption Agreement
2. Submit via our secure link (included in the form)
3. Encourage all eligible employees to visit pcarbi.org/arpc
